On behalf of the Marcus Cooper Group, TLGD produced a luxurious hard back brochure to market this opportunity both in the UK and overseas. Large, glossy CGIs and locational imagery take centre stage, along with detailed floor plans for the proposed scheme.
To accompany the brochure, we created a secure, password-protected data room for Thirty Six, providing the Marcus Cooper Group with a valuable resource for agents and prospective purchasers.
