Angel Square

Situated in one of central London's most exciting sub-markets, Angel Square provided the opportunity to create a new hub in London's Tech Belt.

In line with the creative and media industries this investment was aimed at, we created a tactile brochure, in a soft touch nubuck material with contrast elastic keeper, rounded corners and a layflat finish.

We also designed and built an accompanying website, complete with secure data room.

Results: Angel Square was successfully sold to Derwent London for £75m in November 2014.
