Tasked by our clients CBRE, on behalf of BlackRock, to produce the marketing material for this prime repositioning opportunity in the heart of Central London.

We created a hardback brochure and interactive iPad presentation, along with a strong visual identity to help the property stand out.

The striking Kashgar cover of this coffee table brochure reflects the vibrancy of the location, set off by embossed silver foil linework and type, providing a tactile element. The visual identity took inspiration from the central location of the opportunity and was incorporated throughout.

A powerful marketing tool, the iPad presentation we created for CBRE provided them with an interactive version of the brochure. Streamlined and simple to use, this fully interactive aid allows the agent to tailor each presentation to suit their audience, whilst providing comprehensive sets of floorplans, proposed refurbishments and much more.

Results: in July 2013, Almacantar completed the purchase of 125 Shaftesbury Avenue for £110m.
