Nicknamed ‘Gotham City’ by the media, 40 Leadenhall is set to be an amazing addition to the landmarks of the Square Mile. Designed by architects Make, it stands at 34 storeys high, totalling 900,000 sq ft.
TLGD created a modern, bold branding for the scheme, featuring a bespoke typeface. A variety of marketing materials were produced to launch this impressive development, including a soft-touch hardback brochure, interactive iPad presentation and secure online data room.
