Never having been offered on the market before, these two Grosvenor Estate properties due to fetch in excess of £120m called for something extra special.
Our first step was to build a luxury brand for the opportunity, for which we used a regal navy and gold colour combination, and a strong, clean monogram. We produced a hardback leather-look brochure, created from Wintan Palma navy material. A handcrafted pocket on the inside cover held a pullout leaflet telling the detailed history of the area and the Grosvenor Estate. The brochure was wrapped in a bespoke tissue paper, branded with the Mayfair Collection logo as a repeat pattern and sealed with a gold monogrammed sticker, and then presented in a custom slipcase.
