This multi let 48,000 sq ft office accommodation was being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield as an extremely rare Mayfair freehold opportunity with development potential, for in excess of £75m.
We designed and produced a brochure to encapsulate the feeling of living and working in such a prime Mayfair location, with a cover of Fedrigoni Sirio Pearl in a mottled dark blue and contrasting white foiled logo.

Results: in January 2016 Italian based property group Gruppo Romeo completed purchase of 7 Old Park Lane.
