101 Camley Street

101 Camley Street offers canalside living in a vibrant part of London.

Using the interest and colour of the surrounding area as inspiration, we produced a bright and vibrant hardback 28 page brochure, for clients CBRE and Shaw Corporation to promote the new residential led scheme in Kings Cross.

To support the marketing team in this project, we also supplied a custom password-protected data room.

Results: in February 2016, Market Tech Holdings exchanged contracts to buy 101 Camley Street for circa £36.7m
